The left have been saying all year that if Trump loses the election, he'll declare martial law and refuse to step down, turning into a dictator.
He doesn't need martial law for what needs to be done. He can use executive orders, the constitution, U.S. Code, etc.
Declaring martial law - military rule over the country - would be stupid and unnecessary and it would galvanize millions of leftists.
Why do that when it's unnecessary?
Later, after Biden is sent home and the left goes wild, it might be necessary.

The SC, the legislatures, Congress, have all failed. I am not sure what he thinks is going to happen. McConnell wants him out and he will never get the cuck cuck Rep legislatures to switch their votes. Scary that he is putting our country in the hands of people who will disappoint us time and time again. I hope I am wrong.
I'm starting to feel that he's just the wrong leading for this critical time. We needed Caesar, we needed Washington or Lincoln, but this is what we've got instead. But the Rubicon has to be crossed regardless by we the people. If somehow we don't succeed this time, hopefully the movement will live on and a more fitting leader will take the place.

Governors may declare it. Or he has a different plan, like the Insurrection Act, or arrests for treason, etc.
There's literally no reason to put a city, state, or country under military rule just to arrest some people.

By that definition a million armed pedes in DC is martial law, instigated by the people.
Perhaps, but I wonder if he might use it purely to get around the roadblocks when it comes to sharing information. If martial law allowed him to use the networks to show blatant fraud and get around ways of him declassifying important information. Biden's whole campaign was a house of cards that the media did everything it could not to blow over and to make sure no one else did and his election was even more phony. Without the media to repeat the great lie over and over it comes crashing down.
If he does anything to secure the WH, the media will cover it. Martial law would be an extreme means of getting the message out. And it would freak the left out, since they've been telling themselves for four years that he'd declare martial law to become a dictator.
I'm not worried about that. The media will craft whatever reality they want as they have for so many people and FoxNews and some talking heads have even done for our side.

They actually think Trump is an evil dictator. If he declared martial law, he'd being making their worst fears come true and proving that they were right all along.
If he manages to keep the presidency in the calmest way possible, they are still gonna freak. But if he did it via martial law, we'd have complete chaos across the country. Maybe it'll happen either way. Who knows.
The governors have effectively already declared martial law in numerous states. He doesn't have to use it in the way you'd think. Anyway I'm not too worried about those folks as they've had their minds rotted by NPR and MSNBC and aren't anywhere near reality.
I agree. But we the people do need to continue to put pressure on state authorities to audit and correct vote count errors due to massive fraud. Revise slate of electors.

If there's DNI evidence, maybe someone should get some warrants and start arresting people.
Election fraud is a crime. I don't know why we're treating it as a civil issue in courts when there should be arrest warrants.
Who is going to enforce civilian law?
FBI, DHS, U.S. Marshals, Secret Service. Whoever the rightful branch is depending on who the arrest warrants are for and what jurisdiction is involved in whatever the charges are for.

Flynn says we have all the evidence. We need to be getting judges to sign arrest warrants, not filing stupid civil suits.
None of them plan on doing that. What did the FBI do with the USPS truck driver? They interrogated him and his family about how he came in contact with Amistad. What happened with the USPS whistleblower that said USPS was back dating? They interrogated him for hours to get him to change his testimony.

Martial law means you actually have the ability to arrest and prosecute people.
Let's say theoretically you could get an arrest for election fraud. How does that stop the electoral votes from being counted January 6th and Biden sworn in January 20th?
If someone was arrested for election fraud that should invalidate the election. Then we'd need to do it over again without all the bullshit mail-in ballots, and without Dominion, etc.
It doesn't. The electoral votes are cast. Biden himself could go to prison and still be sworn in as president, and then pardon himself.
From what I just read about the counting of the electoral votes, there's no hope there. The House will never agree to throw out any objected vote.

Apparently every battle ground state could go on TV and say, "Yes, we cheated", but if the House votes to accept their electoral votes anyway, Biden still wins.
Trump has to have a better plan than objections on Jan 6. But if he does, I guess he can't even hint at it.
a light martial law would work so the military can conduct a true investigation and a military court can rule on it since no other court will take this up and it might clean out the swamp we need our constitution back and that can be our great reset back to the true American Constitution the way it was intended
Why would trump need to lock us down to capture frail old politicians?
I believe Trump would declare martial law before he hands the country over to the Marxists, but he's not going to use it because he doesn't need it.
