The only thing military force would possibly be needed for is Antifa and the blm riot crew. Using military against a bunch of coward dem politicians would be very bad optics to the world. He can use military intelligents and tribunals without boots on the ground. Between now and then he may still win the remaining court cases or at least enough of them to turn the tide.
