Block transit into and around DC with "peaceful protests" like we've been seeing. Prevent patriots from assembling and only report on electors casting for Biden. Force Trump and patriots to be the first to go to more extremes.

A bit of B but you gather information on anyone who traveled to DC and make their lives hell. Send antifa to their homes, harass their workplaces, have red flag laws or contact tracing used against them to have them swatted and/or locked down for potential covid.
