Absolutely could have been rigged with them taking the fall. I’m willing to bet that they’re just legitimately terrified of what will happen to Atlanta though. I watched the fallout for the Brooks shooting and that was entirely 100% justified with proof positive from the police in a timely manner. Didn’t matter.
