I have family members that have mal practice done on them, where after they've needed a colostomy bag and our laws are setup in a way where there's caps on government payouts. the payouts aren't even enough to cover your legal expenses.

All of our med students get sent out of country because there's no government program to see them finish residency here in Canada; the government imports literally third world doctors to practice in Canada.
When you finally get a doctor they're literally from Somalia, some other African country or India.
If you don't like it, you can get back on the doctor wait list which is over 2 years long. and wait for a phone call, If you miss it your application literally gets discarded.
If your doctor retires they don't set you up with another one, you get discarded to the wind to find one yourself and they don't even tell you or ask if you want a new one.

If you need to go to the walk in clinic you better show up over an hour before the posted time because they will only take the first 12 patients.
They are only open during business hours, so if you ever need to go you have to differ your days wage just to make your appointment

If you're in Ontario, have them check Shouldice Clinic. Bunch of years back I did a gig doing volunteer driving from Southwestern Ontario to their clinic, then picking people up a few days later. They raved over how well they did on it. Most were back to normal in 48hrs.

Give you an example, a buddy of mine bought a house 10 years ago, for $110k about 2hrs from Toronto. Today that same house which is 147yrs old has a market value of $480k, has no finished basement and struggles to break 1200sqft.

I warned her that $250k was way over market. Today same house is only worth $110k, on the upside she managed to get the bank to take the offer when I did the leg work pointing out that with the shit going on in Alberta right now - the bank would likely wouldn't even get 40% of the $110k if they seized the property.
