I've also read this, but don't have a source handy. But one thing I learned is that the CDC operates as a public-private partnership via their CDC Foundation. See partners below. I've read the pharma companies donate heavily. This has been written about and well-researched over the years, but not by the MSM (because their pharma advertisers threaten to pull ad revenue if MSM writes negatively about them). Also, the revolving door btwn CDC/industry is the WORST (Julie Gerberding comes to mind). The CDC is every bit the cesspool that the FBI, CIA, etc are...but Americans trust them. They are worse because they are allowing children to be harmed while enriching themselves. (research Poul Thorsen wanted by the FBI; William Thompson whistleblower; Simpsonwood Documents). One big problem with the MSM coverage is they are beholden to ad revenue ever since the US allowed drug companies to advertise directly to consumers (which only 1 other country in the world allows). The MSM will NEVER bite the hand that feeds them. I personally think all the pharma ads are not so much to sell the drugs as they are to control the narrative.
