It works. The AMA recently rescinded their fear mongering so docs under a fake/hoped pedo joe admin can start treating patients with it outpatient.

HCQ is commonly used long term to treat auto-immune diseases. This has been true for many years.

The vaccine supposedly works by injecting RNA into your cells, causing them to manufacture a "spike" protein similar to what covid does. Your immune system then learns to efficiently attack the cells with the spikes. So, the vaccine is literally causing an auto-immune response. The claim is that the RNA only sticks around for so long (probably because your immune system kills the cells that absorbed it).

Traditional vaccines work by injecting a version of the virus that can't replicate much if at all. Your immune system can optimize for killing it without normal cells getting infected and dying I'm the process. I'm not a doctor, but it seems like it could be risky tricking your immune system into optimizing for killing mostly normal cells, i.e. developing an auto-immune disorder.
