well, I am not going to follow those so called recommendations! I may have had previous exposure to the virus, but never had antibodies. And I believe I have some level of immunity, but I am not prepared to live life cowering and not seeing my relatives. The vaccine after one dose is supposed to confer greater immunity than the annual flu shot. I am not worried about side effects. I am more worried about the mental health side effects of being isolated and living behind a mask forever.
