As soon as they implement something like this they would quickly realize how many black Americans vote for Trump. Then they would recant their virtue signaling and return black voters to have 3/5 of a vote. You know... the Democrat way. Democrats are gonna Democrat.

Blacks will never vote majority conservative and that is the truth. It might be hard to hear but Blacks majorly follow the tribe and majority influence. Black leadership and influence come from three major sources; church or religion, entertainment, or public schools. these three areas are dominated by leftists; a lot of Black churches are strongholds for DNC propaganda. I was against Trump pandering so much to Blacks for this reason.
This is a reason why BLEXIT might never work. the students at HCBU's didn't hear about Trump's record funding for HBCUs; many of the influential blacks who claimed to support Trump were just grifting.
