So, they break in, make their way into a room containing the locked and sealed case. They defeat the lock, take 2 antiquated computers and nothing else. They damage, burglarize, or vandalize nothing else in the facility then make it out before the police arrive.
So if you had this database; and all the votes came in, could you subtract the received votes from the database and generate a list of those that did not vote, and If something were to happen to stop the counting, say a “water leak” or something.. could you produce and count fraudulent votes from your hijacked database and cheat your candidate into office? If you were really good could you also help some senators get enough votes to elevate them into a runoff election?
