If Congress doesn't complete this meeting and either contest or certify all 535 electoral votes by the 20th, Pelosi becomes Acting President. Hope that changes it
It just follows the Presidential order of succession for when there's no President or VP. The next in line is the President Pro Temp of the Senate, Chuck Grassley.
