I've read conflicting things about Mike Pence and his views on all this.

Links?

I can not find anything that indicates Pence is anything less than 100% for America and for US!

Exactly! Mike Pence would only be putting himself in a very compromising position and out of a job!

Is he willing to reject the electoral votes that have been certified and submitted to Congress? That’s a bold fucking move. He has never done anything that extreme, so it’s reasonable to have doubts about him.

Look up elections of Jefferson and Jackson and then tell me Pence don't have the balls

There are other posts here on tdw that explain. But in a nutshell, beginning the 24th of Dec Pence has the right to require state legislatures to return into session by notifying them there are irregularities that he deems necessary to be addressed in order to seat their electors.

At work so don't have time to find links, but read 3 posts on this on tdw today and will look through history later

I understand he has the right to do it. I’m saying I don’t know if he will have the balls to.

Robert Barnes thinks Pence won't take a stand. But I don't see the reasoning for that. Pence is loyal, and I've seen him make the tie-breaking vote numerous times. If he was a traitor he would have been one by now.

Barnes has unfortunately been right about a lot of this. The fact that he remains optimistic about our future, even with all of this, is somewhat comforting.

Can I please ask what Robert Barnes says?

He has said that he thinks almost everyone including SCOTUS and Pence will betray Trump; but that Trump will end up being a "Shadow President" who still has control of the Republican base, and therefore who is elected, and that Trump will find ways of paying back every person in the party who's betrayed him and then be re-elected in 2024; meanwhile more and more people don't trust this election, so Biden will be seen as so illegitimate and corrupt that the Democrats won't try to do half the things they say they will.

Barnes was also right about the court cases, and predicted the reasons they would be dropped. According to him the Trump team couldn't get a lawyer who specialized in election law early on; so Rudy and Jenna just had to do the best they could.
