Thinking out loud: since it is a felony to possess arms in DC- do we congregate outside city limits in a common area and then if shit goes down storm in? If so, where would be a good location right outside DC to apply maximum pressure?

Food for thought: Virginia, at least for the time being, is an open carry state and concealed only with a CC permit. However, as I understand it, the access points to get to DC from VA are somewhat restricted.
