did trump gain 5250 votes while all the other candidates votes remained the same, or was there a conspicuous drop of 5250 votes for biden at the same time?

Biden vote total dropped 1,810 votes after the recount.

  1. 5,250 more votes were found for Trump
  2. Biden lost 1,810 votes
  3. They were Trump ballots that didn't get counted and were just added to the stack of 'counted' ballots
