The result is most likely the result of a very large batch of votes being adjudicated with figures mixed up and Biden being awarded Trumps totals. Antrim only was discovered because the results being reported were patently absurd — a solid red county reported as going at high majorities for Biden.
It means a more populous county like Wayne County could have large numbers of votes shifted without arising suspicion.
Really all counties using Dominion software should have a thorough audit of their adjudicated ballots at a minimum. It would be nice if they checked signatures on the mail ballot envelopes too.

total change numbers don't add up. biden lost 1810, but trump gained 5250? Where did the other ~3500 votes come from?

Antrim County missed about 3000 votes on election day. Or assigned them to the wrong candidate or something.
There's nothing which states which count is the "original" totals. It won't change that major corruption happened - only the degree.
