For someone who is supposed to be an expert in the constitution, this shows ignorance. We've got a DUTY; we were commissioned by the founders to OVERTHROW any illegitimate government. We have the receipts and we KNOW it was stolen (kicking out our observers, blocking windows, withholding voting machines, too much stuff to name). How is revolt (which is dictated in the Declaration of Independence), when the government is no longer guaranteeing a Republican form of government, "overthrowing the constitution?"

"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." - Declaration of Independence

This is a guy who thinks that Trump losing will be okay because he can come back in 2024. Like what kind of dumb shit logic is that.

This was a trial run. No judges touched it, legislators hid, and the GOP did nothing. Why in the fuck would they not do it again?

Barnes may be well versed in law but he has no instinct, ideological intelligence or comprehension of the enemy he faces. He thinks this is like a movie where the hero will prevail. His tweets look like anime level plot summaries. Hes rips on Q anon types but acts like the biggest one himself. "This election was stolen but in 4 years Trump can be just like Andrew Jackson if he becomes a machine in this rigged system!"

The feds spied on Trump and got away with it. The military committed treason by lying about troop levels in the middle east and bragging about it. The Democrats pushed a false Russian collusion hoax and got 0 punishment for it. The Democrats sued into oblivion to get mail in ballots. The left took down our statues and made politicians bend their knee nationwide. Now the democrats are stealing the election.

Where does the hero come in to play? Our judges are compromised and cowardly. Our SCOTUS is weak and ineffectual. They basically set precedence for mob rule and to avoid controversial cases that might maje Democrats angry. Our GOP is now looking forward to working with Biden.

The only way forward is for these republican controlled swing states to ban mail in ballots. Will they? Nope, they are having committees on tightening up the process lmao. This is how fucking useless republicans are.

I'm pissed at trump for not threatening these faggots. He should have demanded we sit out jan 15th run offs until they do audits. But nope he listens to RINO interns who never liked him to begin with. Nice!

My opinion is that if Biden is installed voting is pointless and I won’t be participating In the farce anymore; I’ll just make money by investing in China.

7
Helicopter_Latino 7 points ago +7 / -0

Nope I'm not a summer soldier. I will dedicate my life savings to taking out each RINO one by one.

People need to understand real allies of the AF movement. Those patriots in the streets right now are our real allies. Enemies are the following: Prager, Daily Wire, Kirk, TPUSA and The Legacy Conservative Media.

While we are on the front lines they are tweeting about moving on and demanding that if we dont vote in GA we are the saboteurs. Fuck that, they are the fucking sabos letting our president stand alone.

If Biden some how wins, China will invade Taiwan. Taiwan is what China would be like, without the dictatorship. Secondly, we will never have free and fair elections ever again. I am not gonna live on my knees.

Make sure to register as a democrat before doing that. Dems get away with everything.

Barnes has a huge ego. He was talking mad trash about how badly Lin Wood handles the Rittenhouse case.

Then he later slipped up and admitted on video that the Rittenhouse family and legal team rejected his "offer" to help.

Makes perfect sense, Barnes was bitter and humiliated as fuck from their rejection.

I don't give a fuck what he has to say.

6
ProphetOfKek 6 points ago +6 / -0

IMO Barnes is a scholar but jealous that he never has risen to the level of Wood, let alone Powell. Nevertheless, I give him props for popularizing the knowledge about contesting electors and the VP’s role in that.

5
SleeperAg20 5 points ago +5 / -0

Mehhh..... Barnes a Larper. From all his interviews and his posts dated from the Rittenhouse incident until now, it seem to me that he's only interested in furthering his own career.

I look at him the same way I look at Tim Poole. We dont need anymore fence sitter or Mitch McConnel type. They can either be all in or get the fuck out.

2
Eazi 2 points ago +2 / -0

I saw that, he said he was a terrible lawyer and in it only for the money. That any money he got would disappear. Lin Wood paid that bail. He also said the militia was a bad defense but the DA will bring it up, by saying, "Rittenhouse was there with his buddies to cause trouble". All of this shows us, who we can count on.

1
SleeperAg20 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup. Barnes is m'fucking RINO riding on the coat tail of the Rittenhouse incident and MAGA movement.

He's literally a nobody lawyer in Wisconsin. The only reason anyone even know his name was because he was doing interviews on "Viva Frei" YouTube channel (a Canadian lawyer).

When the Rittenhouse shooting happened, I followed all the information very closely the first 2 weeks. The first 48 hours after the shooting, there were several gofundme page set up for Kyle and they all were being shut down by the platform admin. There was a lot of confusion as to where to send donation for Kyle.

Finally, Lin Wood and a partner established the "Fight Back Foundation", with Kyle's family blessing, and people then have a way to donate for Kyle.

I remember Barnes was talking a lot of shit about Kyle's foundation. Talking about it was a bad idea that Kyle's family let Lin Wood accept donation for Kyle. He was suggesting that Lin Wood may use his foundation to embezzle Kyle's donation. Motherfucker was running his mouth like he was the subject matter expert of non-profit organization.

Get the fuck out of here. Lin Wood helped Nick Sandman won his lawsuits against MSM. Who the fuck is Barnes and what was his track records?

I'm just guessing here, but it's likely that he attempted to insert his opinion in the Special Counsel deal and Sidney probably told him to get lost. Barnes probably was humiliated, again, and he started slinging mudd at Sidney. Just my assumption, no sauce.

I think he got butthurt when he heard about Sydney being at the White House on Friday. He has always talked shit about her but last night he went on a Twitter tear about her and Lin Wood.

In my mind, she’s serving a purpose for Trump, so even if he thinks she’s larping, it must be for a reason and calling her out doesn’t help the cause.

He seems to be a clout-chasing hack to me.

I think Barnes is too idealistic. He thinks the system is fair and will sort itself out. But he’s wrong as we have seen the system has been corrupt for many years and never been fixed. That’s why “2024” is a stupid dream.

2
cosmicspiritwarrior 2 points ago +2 / -0

what are you talking about? barnes is constantly ranting about how corrupt and biased the judicial system is. he seems to idealisticly think this series of events is going to magically lead to some reform over public outrcy, but I think he vastly overestimates the number of people actually paying attention to what is happening in the courts.

Meanwhile, that’s exactly what the left is doing and winning, but let’s just keep losing gracefully.

Our founders gave us, not the right, but the duty to throw off such government.

We've been under martial law since the 70's since we've literally been in a national emergency since then. The Constitution hasn't meant anything since then and even if it did the SCOTUS just ruled it's as enforceable as a roll of toilet paper.

If you live in a country where your vote can be thrown out, altered, nullified with fake votes, or otherwise compromised, if you live in a country where the courts and politicians largely don't care that your vote was compromised, then you're not living in a Constitutional Republic now, are you?

Come on, Barnes, you're smarter than this. The Democrats, their cronies, and their enablers in the GOP have already shredded the Constitution by destroying the vote - the bedrock of our entire system. By your own estimation, Texas v. Pennsylvania was a slam dunk case built with strong evidence and legal precedent. SCOTUS completely ignored it. How can we say that we even have a Constitution anymore?

I'm fully aware of the fact that some kind of martial law or seizure of voting machines will completely change the country forever, and that it'll have side effects that we can't possibly fathom, but I don't see many other options. How many more cases need to be flippantly dismissed in court before we acknowledge that they aren't interested in evidence or electoral integrity?

4
Raguel 4 points ago +5 / -1

Many states are via unconstitutional edicts. Governors in those states are in clear violation of the constitution, Cuomo being a big one that flagrantly disregards it. And they just don't care.

Fighting tyranny is not against the constitution. 2A is literally the part which indicates that the government can devolve into garbage and that it may need a thorough cleanup.

The government is totally broken and so it's 2A time. It's a movement to RESTORE the constitution from anti-intellectual, arrogant FUCKS who sniff their own farts like Robert Barnes.
