I walked out of Dulles back in October and it looked nearly complete. You can access the airport underground via the metro stop whenever they decide to open it. Use to ride it a lot when I was actually an MLB fan before they went cucked. I use to commute out of Vienna, a lot of those stops in Arlington and Fairfax are pretty safe in community areas.
