I think the bible specifically talks about us. But that could just be ego talking. Our military that can strike anywhere in the world is like the prophesied hammer of babylon.

Thanks fren. That passage is explaining how Yahoweh Almighty uses evil against evil. It isn't an end-times passage, more of a rule-of-thumb-passage. The Messiah Yahshua also alludes to that "let the dead bury the dead". The dead in spirit are going to always get hammered by the others who are dead in spirit.

Yes Jeremiah's vision is after the 70 years of captivity and is a vision about the 2nd Temple. That Temple was destroyed in 70 AD as the Messiah predicted. There is a Temple in Revelation that isn't of this world, the 3rd Temple. The proof is built into the verse- "for 1,260 days it shall be tread underfoot" the Hebrew word for days is yowm. The Hebrew word for years...is also yowm. Let's assume it's years for a second and think of the Temple Mount. In 688 the muzlims began building their Abomination on the Temple Mount and 1,260 years later takes us to 1948. Israel was reestablished in 1948. It's all foretold. The Beasts of Revelation are what we have to look forward to. It'll be a rough ride until Passover of 2033.
