The fix is relatively easy. It’s not bulletproof, but it definitely makes a whole lot harder for politicians to go bad:
Groups, organizations, associations, foundations, etc. cannot donate to politicians or political parties or to the family members of politicians or anything like that. Only people can (specifically American citizens; foreign entities not allowed). You represent the People, not the organizations and lobbying groups that take advantage of generating a lot of money. Net worth and tax returns will be made public, as will that of their family members. This is to ensure no underhanded fuckery is going on. Donations made to politicians are non-tax deductible (to dissuade corrupt people from being able to donate as much every year). Politicians cannot create or be apart of organizations that can be donated to and their largest donators/contributors will be made public knowledge/more easily accessible.

Here's the first post I made on this account; details the many ways which Dems have broken Election Integrity and thus also how to Restore it. I've worked polls, I've been in election campaigns, I've run for office/held office, I even co-founded a 3rd party on campus in college which took half the seats the first time out. In re: Insurrection Act/Martial law. Realize POTUS is head of the federal Law enforcement, including things like the Secret Service, whom guard Shillary, Obama, Hiden Biden, and K.H. 24/7 so he can have them taken into custody any second of any day, he doesn't need the Insurrection Act. Same goes for ordering the FBI, US Marshalls, DOJ, Federal A.G.s, etc.
Draining the Swamp requires things which are far more structurally complex, than invoking the Insurection Act would ever be able to do. POTUS could do something as simple as enforce the US Constitution and ban payments/contracts to all earmarks; or order all government contracts to stop and that would Drain the Swamp faster with less problems (though there would be problems). The Incoming CRT Ban, will do more to Drain the Swamp than the Insurrection Act ever could.

Now, things like the Insurrection Act/Martial Law are still useful because it directly suspends judicial rulings and habeas corpus. It is very clear that the FBI, DOJ, SS, SCOTUS, etc. are all compromised. So why in the fuck would you even mention Trump ordering the Secret Service to arrest the Clintons and their cronies? They clearly won't help us. Bill Barr didn't do shit to arrest people and Wray is as corrupt as they come; they all refused Trump's orders. What makes you think they'd listen to him now? Trump can directly order someone and say I want you to bring _____ in for questioning immediately on grounds of _______; and if they refuse, he can fire them, demote them, at anytime, doesn't need a reason of course to fire them/move them. But he can keep going down through the ranks until he gets his lawful orders followed. This is of course where staff hold a whole lot of power, because any top executive cannot micro-manage tasks like this on any real scale; but for the important tasks, like Navy Ship contracts or trident pins, or other things, He is the Chief Executive as per the US Constitution.
A key thing about the Voting is, remember that it's the Citizens whom have the option of going through the registering to vote process where they have legal residency (which should be at least a year prior) and voting. Like owning a gun is a citizens choice; the government cannot force things upon them, like civics lessons.
Another key thing with voting/ballots is it's very important to make sure the secret ballot (aka Australian ballot) is maintained; so things like fingerprints/palmprints and such shouldn't be used or trackable. Same for things like SSN or any other Federalization of the Voting process shouldn't occur; voting is a State/local function; and SSN is only supposed to be for SSN, and even that is a bunch of marxist/TheFED devaluation of the currency FDR crap (yes to anyone else reading, there's ways to have safety nets which are not Leftie and strictly-Constitutional.)
The 19th Amendment is one of those topics, that like VoterID gets many other issues dragged into it. If America didn't have any marxism in it, there wouldn't be much support for talking about the 19th. There's many other Amendments that need to go, especially the marxist ones. Since America became America, with the earliest colonists, America has been on an expanding stride to increase the franchise; and many States had started the process pre-19th. Quakers, like myself, have long for centuries, advocated for equality in the laws, between men & women. Where most of the problems come in in this regard, are in places the government does not belong like: conscription; between a patient and their doctor, within families, income tax, health insurance, etc.
For the secret ballot stuff, you fail to realize that just because it’s serialized or has your thumbprint or was scanned to your voter ID, etc. does not mean that it shows who you voted for. All it shows is that you did vote and that you voted on XYZ ballot, not who you voted for. (You scan the ballot before you fill it out.)

As for on Election Day procedures it's pretty simple; from enough firsthand experience (I've written this in longer format back when.):
paper, ink, ballots printed in near exact number as voters;
polls open 30 mins after sunrise, polls close 1 hour before sunset;
polls in many local locations eg Elementary Schools;
ballots can have the tear off receipts (so your perferated-paper strip matches the Ballot Number (and perhaps Bar Code) on the ballot (so voters can check later to see if their ballot had any issues);
No ballots counted before the polls close in the jurisdiction of the contest(s).
Poll workers do their rough total counts sorting auditing each: eg "400 total ballots, 292 voted ballots, 7 spoiled ballots, 101 unused ballots, 290 signatures in the voter log book (where voters sign to get a ballot), and also a "note space" to write any issues that occured at the location, eg power outage at 5pm-6pm but we still were open."
Poll workers drop envelope in mail with copy of ballot totals above, and their signatures. Poll workers also convey this info
Ballots sealed up; and taken by poll workers to the local collection point (eg High School, City Hall, etc.) Signed off, and transferred other vehicles if in a bigger jurisdiction; and transported to the Registrars location for counting.
Counting done in the open, on flat tables; one precinct at a time. Counting is double or tripple counted with separate tallies to verifiy/audit in first instance. Hand counting primary, with a mechanical quick-sort as a secondary if desired. There needs be no technology in the process.
Counting done in public view, can lifestream, have bleachers, etc.
All counting even by hand, can be finished, an hour before midnight or sooner.
By midnight, or the 11 oclock news, the winners should be known; and for a "POTUS/VP" Elector "vote" the Slate of Electors should also be actionable by the State Legislature by midnight too.
Any contests < 6% ish in closeness, can be recounted that night, and without costs to the campaigns.
And if desired, there can be high-tech, high flow, scanners (like the kind I used working at a US Census Processing facility, that did 60 million forms in a few months); that scans all ballots, and can do software and data analysis to check for crud ballot dumps/copies etc.
Usually with the "rough" immediate data like voter turnout by precinct, it will give enough hints at where to look for cheating/ballot/pollworker issues; which can be looked at immediately.

Enforcing Citizen requirements to hold office.
Enforcing the Laws equally. (eg Things like saying congress is immune from insider trading, or espionage.)
There's an old law from 100 years ago, about Spouses working in DC; that while it wasn't exactly what's required, it was an attempt to nix the pillowtalk and double-gov paycheck households which thrive on non-offiical channels; and don't have any daylight/transparency/oversight.

6.) Government contracting needs a major swamp drain; this is from the boilerplate written into every contract; and how the contracts are written and awarded. F.A.R. needs to by and large, be reduced by about 90%.
7.) Tax Code Simplification; this wont happen in the near future, but a big repeal and replace; reducing the Tax Code down to about 1 page for the Federal Government; 1 page for State & Local governments; and keeps about the same revenues as today. Pays off all government debts in one or two generations. It's a precursor to End The FED and Bretton-Woods monopoly money currency devaluatin/wealth transfer.
8.) Real Manifest Destiny vs the Globalist version of US Trade & Military around the world. Again complex topic, real simple as written in the US Constitution. The US Constitution has a free-trade clause, it's pretty simple; if a State/Country/terrtory wants free-trade with the USA, then they should join the USA, as within the USA IS THE FREE TRADE ZONE.
9.) Ending wars. Again following the Constitution, it's pretty simple. If we're at real declared war, then lets win or negotiate peace; if not "at war", then we're not.
10.) Simplification of the Legal Code; and cleaning up Criminal courts, Civil Courts, and removing Family Court.
11.) Clean up the WH Press Corps. I've been offerning for 3.75 years now to clean it up; but it through a 6 week bootcamp; costs almost nothing; and it would make it the best in the world again. Clean straighforward rules/grading, mostly self-enforced and fully transparent; this will clean out all bad actors based on merrit and their actions.
12.) BIG TECH / CENSORSHIP And even things like Censorship/Deplatforming/Section230, even going back years on TDspezdit I wrote how a 1 page E.O. would effectively nix all censorship/deplatforming. Simply enforce the fact that Foreign Nationals are NOT allowed to interfere with US Citizens' Election/Electoral/Political process; and nearly every major company has foreign nationals employeed/foundered/contracts/etc; thus every company shall either:
A.) Stop interfering in US Elections/politics/censorship/etc. and restore (deplatformed etc); or
B.) Divest all foreign nationals employed, owned, contracts, investors, moneys, etc.
Realistically of course all companies will have to chose A. Here we are 40 years after Ronald Reagan(even longer after McCarthy Hearings), and a majority of Americans realize once again, we have a communist/marxist problem. Marxism requires removal by mostly cutting off it's abilty to steal/theft; as it cannot survive without wealth/labor/tech transfer.

VoterID puts the "voter registration" verification part; where you have to prove who your are; that you're eligible to vote where you are registering, etc. And it moves this voter registration part, to the "at the polls, casting a ballot part". VoterID is like gungrabbers; it doesn't stop the bad people from getting guns or stuffing ballot boxes; it only empowers bureaucrats to screw over law abiding ciiizens, like the Poll workers in Las Vegas who told Republicans they had to vote provisionally --ie the government employee now has power over you, rather than you over them.
If there's extensive corruption, all this is moot anyway. It doesn't matter what's "constitutional" if no one cares about the constitution and the judicial agrees with them. It doesn't matter how voting processes are implemented if the people doing the counts are corrupt, the machines doing the counts are corrupt, and the people that are supposed to be prosecuting corruption are corrupt.
In a less corrupt world, presenting an ID to vote does stop foreigners (not just illegals, legal non-citizen residents as well) from voting, because they don't have US IDs. In a less corrupt world, shenanigans like issuing provisional ballots on a partisan basis is prosecuted. Voter ID is part of a "defense in depth" strategy.
The only "power" the US citizen really has left over a government employee at any level, from the DMV to the DOJ, is measured in Joules.

If they get objections then it goes for discussion and then vote by the whole of each house, and both houses have to vote to reject the electors, which won’t happen.
Yeah, I'm not understanding the rest of the plan either. Neither the house nor the senate has a majority of patriots. Ds & Rs in front of names mean nothing. As I understand each objection they get triggers two hours of debate. If they can get enough objecting to push the debate past the 6th, then it moves to the house for a contingent vote where each state gets one vote. But even then, who's to say Rs don't stand for RINO and we fall short anyway. Isn't it the Supreme Court or bust at this point?

Electoral college votes are counted on Jan 6 in congress. If a senator and congressman both cosign an objection then the the counting is paused for two hours while congress debates. The problem is both chambers would have to agree to reject the votes.
Given Democrats’ control of the House and Republicans’ narrow Senate majority, there's no chance that there are the votes to succeed in disqualifying a state, much less five.

It goes to a 2 hour debate in the House and the Senate. They vote, if their is a disagreement between the chambers, Pence can set those electoral votes aside if their are alternative votes that "purport" to be legitimate and they vote on those as well. If the chambers disagree again, then it is up in the air what can happen and it is really up to Pence.

Mo Brooks is trying to get it to a Vote of States in the House instead of a full 435 member House vote. But that has never been done before. Certification of Electoral vote has always gone to the full House. Only Contingent Elections (less than 270 Electoral votes) go to a Vote of States.

So, on Jan 6, the senate counts the votes, and two objections are made. The two houses debate for two hours, and then Nancy Pelosi votes down the objection in the House in short order. They count the votes in the Senate, and Biden wins. Did I miss anything? Any questions?
Doesn't sound to me that this is anything other than meaningless grandstanding. I just heard Trump and Gulliani say they are still focusing on state legislatures. This is why. If the legislatures don't change the votes in the box, Biden wins.
