If he wasn't completely f*ucked and a Deadman if he did concede because of the people he is partners with, it would be a good play. He could play up the victim and how a good ole guy from Scranton can't stand up to the dictatorship of Trump and Russia. It feeds into their narrative. But the snowball is too far gone and he has to fight this for everyone's actual survival

Biden's only hope is to become President. Then, he can either pardon Hunter, or resign due to health reasons and Heels Up can do it.
