Exactly. Something has to come out to convince a bunch of Dems to agree to toss out a state's certified electoral votes, then the House can vote, one state each, for the President.

What good is it if we know? We've known since November 4th.

They're still going to approve the electoral votes on Jan. 6th unless something drastic changes that.

They filed for an appeal in the Supreme Court today. Maybe that's the plan. I think this is the first time for the Trump lawyers to go to the Supreme Court.
