This has been my thought for awhile. Ratcliffe must present something before the 6th, saying there is irrefutable evidence that the election was stolen from Trump. That would force the House to accept any challenge from the Republicans. This is the only constitutional way forward from what I understand.
That won't be enough. I think if Trump presents evidence that the democratic party colluded with China to exploit the virus to steal the election, it would bring the house down, literally.
If Trump has emails and recorded conversations of the plot makers, it would be the coup de-grace. There's no wiggle room after that.
