Not sure he needs to release anything. Already has House and Senate objectors to swing states. Pence = President of Senate and presiding. Vote goes to House with one vote per state. WHAT AM I MISSING?

each objection to a state’s EC votes needs a senator and a representative in writing which then allows up to a two hour debate and a vote. The house must have a majority vote and the senate a majority vote against the state’s EC votes.

Only if neither candidate has 270 after each state’s votes are debated does the house vote come into play. I just don’t see the house voting a majority against any state’s EC votes unless something huge is released.
