Top Reps (turtle) coming off conciliatory to keep a fickle center in sway. SCOTUS back-burnering the issue to keep their hands clean until the re-organization hits the court. The team, Rudy, Lin, Sydney pushing forward until everyone knows what corporate media won't say.
I imagine that the real "deals" have been in the works for two weeks, but those are Party deals, very few principals.
