Ok. The link I gave had age eligible at 254million in 2018. Add 4m per year since = 260m x .662 =172.12m. Then 172.12m - 74m = 98.12m. Now how much of 98.12m is claimed by Biden? Last I heard he had 80m. I took eligible to be registered.
