Where do I go? Where do I park? I'm scared of parking in the city and having my car attacked when I'm not there, I'm also worried about not finding parking. Do I park outside of DC and uber in? Do I walk in? I saw the post about avoiding subways. I don't have funds for a hotel I was planning on doing everything day of. What time does it start etc.
