The Biden "error" is 7.3% of the initially reported overall ballots cast but represents a 22% increase over Biden's actual ballots. What we've got here doesn't show votes being flipped. Also, 2015 votes vanished in the recount, that's nearly 10% of the county's total registered voters.
That's what I'm hoping to find out. I haven't found a new summary document from December yet.
