Several congressmen say they don't want to "override our democracy" (how ironic), but maybe if we up the ante a little bit, and several senators and congressmen know their job won't exist in a few days if they sell out, it might change attitudes a little bit.

C'mon, lets just be honest here. Kicking out some states (like NY, and CA) would solve a lot of problems. As for China, I don't care what they want, what I want is freedom. If we solve our freedom problem, the China problem will take care of itself. Besides, it is infinitely easier for China to co-opt one massively centralized state authority, than decentralized power everywhere. The USA has over 2500 red counties, if they were all forced to compete for talent and capital, it would be a race to the top, instead of a race to the bottom.
For too long, a minority of states have been dragging us into this socialist shit-hole, why should I sit in the same dirty bathwater they do?
