Pennsylvania didn't follow the rules. You need to legislators to change the election laws. Some liberal judge can't change the laws a couple months before the election.

A clear-cut case.

We are either a country of laws or we are not.

They can slow walk it if they choose. But they can respond immediately if they choose.

so i think they will slow walk try to push it out till after the inauguration and than dismiss the lawsuits because its too late now

That could happen. It will definitely set precedent that when the eke tors vote, then there's nothing that can be done.

For me, that's the most likely scenario.

But it also suggests that whatever political solution we have will not come under scrutiny by SCOTUS.
