I'm thinking the insurrection/martial law option is probably what's going to happen. I think it's been stated that there are over 1,000 people in the U.S. in bed with China on this. I think the military, i.e. Army Special Forces, will be primarily involved with rounding up these treasonous swine. These are three different cases, the one you're referencing has been sitting on the Supreme Court docket ever since, and could be taken up at any time as they only denied expedited consideration at the time.
The ballots involved in that specific case are not sufficient to overturn the election, so the other cases need to succeed as well.
