Because the other two branches of government violated PA election laws by usurping constitutional authority from the legislature then Trump should prevail. It's quite basic...but then again, I'm just a simplistic deplorable.

it is very basic, and that's exactly how we'll see if they are anything more than cowards in black robes.

if we can figure this out and apply the constitutionality of it, why can't they? And if they Can't or won"t do it, then We The People should.

Yeah, well, let's see what happens. The Texas case wasn't dismissed because of evidence, it was dismissee on procedural grounds.

Which is why they will likely dismiss this on procedure: it's past the date that the electors met and voted.
