Read the petition. He's saying that PA violated Article II of the US Constitution. This belongs in front of SCOTUS, not the court of the offending state.
It did go to PAs supreme court. Now SCOTUS might reject it and say it's a state issue, sure. That's not pushing it back to PAs court though. The legislature screwed up too they should have ignored the courts.

You're missing the point. PA Supreme court says US Constitution is just toilet paper. Trump says, no Constitution is the law of the land. He appeals to SCOTUS. Does SCOTUS agree that US Constitution is toilet paper? so far they certainly think so
