I’m expecting something around Christmas. They still do re-enactments of Washington crossing the Delaware very early on Christmas morning. I was lucky enough to be there one year. A great cheer went up when the actor playing George put his foot on the bank. It was a hoot, but still quite serious. Very patriotic. I wonder what citizens will be doing to mark this moment in time in 200+ years. We fought and won against immensely powerful forces already, and we’re doing it again now. What a time to be alive.

Fisher (giving judges absolute immunity), nixon v fitzgerald (qualified immunity), Imbler v. Pachtman (granting absolute immunity to prosecutors), sosamon v texas (gives sovereign immunity to states in federal rluipa claims), roe v wade (legalized killing unborn babies), obergfell v hodges (ruled gay marraiges const right), etc (trans rights), etc...This is what makes ppl decide to burn the scotus down as they been ripping away your every const right by giving immunity to all government officials who seek it for their lawless actions?

legally I can't encourage such activities. But I can't say I disagree with such responses; it's been a long time coming.
