the constitution is the SUPREME law of the land. it supersedes state laws. if PA is violating the constitution then the supreme court has a duty to fix that shit
im a bit cynical with regards to scotus at this point so i'm not expecting much there... unless we can put more pressure on the corrupt actors than the deep state...
Texas was a slam-dunk but they decided not to do it. And Alito and Thomas said they would have heard it but also would have not given relief based on its merits.
