Yeah, well, let's see what happens. The Texas case wasn't dismissed because of evidence, it was dismissee on procedural grounds.

Which is why they will likely dismiss this on procedure: it's past the date that the electors met and voted.

No one can predict what SCOTUS will do. I believe they simply want to stay out of this. That also means if we use a political decision to block the votes and keep Trump, they will also stay out of it.
