No one can predict what SCOTUS will do. I believe they simply want to stay out of this. That also means if we use a political decision to block the votes and keep Trump, they will also stay out of it.

I wouldn't count on the latter part of your statement. I've seen no part of our government hesitate to screw over Trump or his 80+ million person base.

It seems to me they would hav a constitutional duty to remedy any infraction of state election laws. Not that they choose the president, but that they strongly suggest the state legislature that their state election was broken by fraud and irregularities. It might give the PA legislature political cover to not certify the electors. Maybe.
