That is what they are going after, the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court cannot make election rules. Only the legislature. Now SCOTUS will have to come up with another excuse to not hear the evidence. Lack of standing does not count. Perhaps they could bring up the "laches" argument, but the Dems' whole plan has been to run the clock out.
