May 2020:
Big tech and its governor of California printed the mail in ballots based on their dirty voter rolls. All the invalid names and addresses that are on them got a ballot printed, and anybody can use them to vote. (thousands of invalid names; includes all the dead people and all those that have since moved out of state but are still on the voter rolls at the moment of printing the ballots). More than 10 states did this.

For the first time in history the swing states produced and mailed partially filled absentee forms in most cases without request, a concept that gives fraudsters a direct access to the ballots, and that was based on their dirty voter rolls.

'Rock the Vote', a marxist group like BLM had direct access to the voter rolls. They created unverified identities and addresses into the voter rolls. There was no limit.

May-June 2020:
Louis DeJoy, an Amazon ally, becomes Post Master General of the United States while the Democrats are making these massive electoral law changes and pushing for unsolicited, unrequested mail in ballots. The timing is crucial. The reasons given to replace the Postmaster General at that time are

• he's a businessman
• he'll make the USPS great again (a manipulative way to get the job, right?)

DeJoy had a bizarre meeting in Congress, where Democrats pretended that he was stopping the vote by mail to help Trump's election chances. Every single decision he took was helping Democrats

• He rushed to the defense of universal mail in voting
• He permitted the USPS employees to stop scanning the ballot envelopes on delivery at the poll centers, destroying any trace of the time of delivery and making it possible to receive & count ballots after election day.

After the election:
Matt Braynard's research shows us that thousands of commercial and P.O. boxes addresses voted. That suggests that private groups like 'Rock the Vote' created fictional identities & inserted their P.O. addresses in the voter rolls, the states printed & shipped the illegal ballots and the activists used them to vote multiple times for Biden. Remember: all these invalid names and addresses are actually matching the voter rolls, therefor once scanned in the tabulator these illegal ballots do match an identity and are quickly accepted and counted.

Honest testimonies show us that people voting in person were told that a mail in ballot had been cast in their name, and there's no proof that this illegal vote was later cancelled by the staff. The honest in-person voter was given a provisional ballot and that was it. When casting it, it created a conflict in the voting machine with the fraudulent mail in vote, and many were told to hit the green button, which actually didn't count their provisional vote.
