Lack of evidence itself can still be evidence. If data was wiped or altered that had no reason to have been, that itself could be evidence of wrongdoing, if what is there contradicts itself or other bits of evidence that too can be indicative of wrongdoing. We know what we should see if everything were above board, I wonder if it's even possible to fabricate all of it after the fact.
my dad worked with lin at his law firm in atl. Uncle actually was fraternity brothers with him if anybody has any questions, i'm about to meet pops for dinner and can ask him.l
Benesch, Friedlander represented my employer for years, and they were the worst. Incompetent, sloppy, greedy, and cowardly. They made a basic math error on a tax document that would have cost us $6 million! When I pointed it out they refused to admit fault. Smartmatic is in trouble.
The funny thing about lawsuits... the discovery phase is amazing!
OR they could just grant whatever damages Smartmatic wants, tack a few million bucks onto the end, and continue to suppress the evidence.
There's no reason why they shouldn't, at this point.
Power and force are the only "legal" principles still at work in our country.
What I was thinking. Are they insane? Do they want to get caught?
Too much time has passed. The evidence is gone

Are these delivered by hand still? I honestly hope that Wood cut the paper to match its brevity.
No, he said exactly that, those specific words. Disagree? Sue me for defamation.
This is the legal equivalent of giving opposing council the middle finger.

Whats with all the Bloomberg support today?
