It probably never will be. Much like Simpsons, The Tonight Show, The Late Show (etc) SNL is one of those ‘cultural institution’ shows. It’s never going to be canceled because it’s been around so long that people are used to it always being present. There would need to be a major upheaval in the entertainment industry for it to ever end.
Can't wait until this garbage show is forever off the air.
