I get looks and some huffs and muttering, but generally no one says anything and some people are even friendly. We must chip away at the lie, one maskless pede at a time.

If there were only more like you pede!!! you are doing the Lord's work!
I have never worn a mask...... I refuse.
Commie bastards... I intentionally go down the wrong way in grocery store isles. Every inch that they try and take, I will fight it.
The grossest part of it is how many “Republicans” go along with masks and Covid. It’s bizarre.
I went shopping the other day with my senior parents. They are extremely "pro-Trump" and yet they tried scolding me for not putting on a mask as we entered. I think my mother was embarrassed to be around me as she didn't talk to me in the store. I don't think they totally buy the mask/virus thing but they just like appearing normal and don't want to cause a scene.
Lots of people willingly bow to peer pressure even if there is none. (I saw it on TV! People are getting in arguments!!) So they believe that is just what happens when you don't wear a mask. I have only once put a mask on to enter a store and that was at Costco, which I refunded my membership since. Not once has someone said anything other than would you like a mask? Nobody stares. The thing I have noticed is that people who used to NOT wear a mask were around 50% back in May, now its down to around 3-5% of people not wearing masks. My liquor store for instance, the owner and the employees don't wear masks so 50% of people going in don't either which leads me to believe its all about fitting in.
I went maskless in Walmart today and saw a few others. Wanted to say "S'up gangstas?" but my family was already ashamed of me. I am working on redpilling them, but as you mentioned "Lots of people willingly bow to peer pressure even if there is none"...they are just so concerned about what others think.
I literally say "alright! I found another free American!" And give them a fist bump. You wouldn't believe the smiles I get when I let them know they're not alone. People need to know they are not hated by everyone.
Agreed I think the crazy social media posts we all see with crazy nuts attacking people without masks are causing people to expect confrontation. This is probably pretty rare in reality. I have been maskless except for a few small store visits, doctor office and church and never had a negative word said to me.
I was asked in Aldi if I needed one and said no, the poor guy hated even asking me, he even apologized when he happened to walk out to the parking lot with me. He said he hated wearing the things all day!
Republican =/= conservative patriot
Damn ! I do the same thing walk against the arrows. Some people see a mask less me walking toward them and they back up and go the other way.lol
I like the cut of your jib boss. I have the same cut on my jib.
I have never worn a mask either, I go in and shop. Some people avoid my row, but otherwise no hassle.
The more people that do this, the faster this overreaction falls apart.
Yes I’m tired of it. Keep up the refusals to comply. What gets me is why doesn’t the general public question the end game? We’ve been doing masks since when, March/April? It hasn’t worked, and it won’t. So when does it end? In a month? A year? Never? STUPID. We’re supposedly the most advanced we’ve ever been, and we’re to believe untested fabric over our face are supposed to protect us from a highly contagious virus that no one is dying from? People realize your eyes are still exposed...also, scientists who deal with actual deadly viruses wear hazmat suits and go through decontamination rooms, but masks work. Ya ok.
Good job Pede! I've been doing that in mine for months now. Was only ever approached about it once, and I told them no. And they left me alone. They don't even say anything to me when some Karen complains about me. They're like 'We ain't fucking with that guy. We like him. He's nice to us.'
I went to the pet store and the grocery store today without a mask. No one even seemed to notice, much less say anything. Blue county, blue state.
These stores really don’t care anymore especially the bigger ones were they get hundreds or thousands of people a day. Outside of a couple of places they had rent a cops guarding the door I haven’t had any issues in awhile.
Went to the store with my friend today. Didn’t wear a mask. I mentioned it later and even he didn’t notice.
If you're polite and well-behaved and don't draw attention to yourself, it's likely no one will notice (unless they're mask Karens already).
Exactly. You just have to not make a big deal out of it and walk in with confidence. I've never been told to do anything by anyone working there
Just be polite, quiet, and don't draw attention to yourself (including what you wear). I've been "reminded" a couple of times in the past month or so, but as soon as I tell them I'm medically exempt, they say, "Oh, ok" and leave me alone.
Just make sure you have a big smile on your face and look generally in a good mood. People miss smiling faces, most of them just don’t know it yet.
Yes! This is what I’ve been doing.
EXACTLY!
Came here to say this
At Walmart today, including me I’d say 3 or 4 out of 10 weren’t wearing their mask now.
There's a point where everyone goes from, 'They all have to wear it if I do,' to, 'Let's see which one of those freaks keeps it on.'
At walmart in mexico they scan your temperature at the door and the government can fine you for not wearing one, even outdoors
In what region? Here in the Puget Sound, everybody's muzzled.
Tn and KY
Keep doing it. I was nervous my first time right when cities mandated masks, but I did it and got more and more confident.
I went to my local grocery store without a mask. Not a word was said to me. I didn't even get a dirty look.
I also when to an auto parts store without one. One clerk was wearing his below his nose. I was confronted by three workers. I said "no thank you." One dude said I had to wear one, but if I didn't want to they would be glad to "wait on me outside." I pointed to the clerk and said "you think that is giving you protection?" I declined to go outside and told him I will wear it, but you know masks don't work. Then he made a statement that sums the whole thing up perfectly. He said, "Even if they don't work, but you still have to wear one." Unbelieveable.
Welcome to Soviet Amerika
Should have told them they will never get your business again and then walked out. That is one of the remaining powers we have. Vote with your wallet. If we all make it hurt for them, they will tell their employees to leave you alone. The state has very little authority to make you wear a mask. They mandated that the stores do their dirty work for them. Most stores just put up the signs to CYA. But if you go to one ran by a Karen, make it hurt. Don't ever go there again.
“ Even if they don't work, but you still have to wear one.”
That’s where you’re wrong, bucko. I may not be served, but I don’t have to wear one. Fuck these assholes. I only know of one store in my area that requires a mask. Unfortunately it’s the only hardware store for about 20 miles. Unfortunately for them I’m willing to drive and I won’t be returning to them even after masks are gone.
Hell yes sir. Thank you for holding the line
You can do it people, don't wear a mask. Fuck the govonors.
Never wore a mask, never will.
Good for you. Keep going.
I am going to start saying I’m vaccinated if I see any mask police
This is the play
It's ok, I'm a vaccinated tiktok nurse.
here the same law that mandates them is the same law that doesn't mandate them
10 days to stop the spread
10 days to let healthcare prepare was how it really started, then the slow the spread BS and control started coming down.
Masks didnt work way back then, imperative we stay home!
Lotta ups, lotta downs... this completely factual covid thing.
The people responsible for this bullshit need to die
Walked through a store into the mall no mask. Went to go back to buy a purse my daughter liked.
I'm sorry, you need a mask.
What? I just came through here without one. Talked to the lady in purses while here. Was planning to buy the purse my daughter likes.
Well, you need a mask.
really?
Yes.
Turned around and found another way to my car.
Dark times. Was at Walmart maskless and only got a few glares. Feels good seeing other non-brainwashed people, like there's still hope.
Sounds like they lost your business. You can always say you are medically exempt!
I actually am, but my whole family is not.
I stopped about a month ago......I always nod and say hi to the others who do the same...
Everyone do this
messages like this give me the confidence to do the same!!
Do it. Hardly anyone notices.
My experience in smaller businesses has all been bad not wearing a mask. Every place I've been in refuses service. I was in Costco the other day near the entrance, and one of the entrance workers came over to hassle my GF for having her mask halfway down. Big hassle, then some skaggy karen came up and started throwing a fit! I don't need that shit during my day! Bottom line, my experience has been go without the mask, get hassled, make a scene, get thrown out, or put the mask on anyway.
Tell me about the grocery? Is this rural or metro? Do you get turned away at the checkout counter?
My local hardware store owner told somebody they don’t have to shop in her store when they asked why she and her employees were not wearing a mask. Small town USA is full of traditional America, it’s why the elites want us unemployed and on drugs!
Same it’s like the smaller stores are trying to kill themselves. Nearly any mid to large store just ignores me, it’s the smaller chains or independent stores where I get the biggest headache from where it’s either complete enforcement or not even the staff are wearing them. I never know which it will be.
It's because the smaller stores cannot afford the $10K health dept. fine.
That is illegal but the public doesn't know. I go to my local Price Chopper grocery and have never worn a mask. One lady at the service counter asked me one day about a month ago if anyone ever bothered me about it. I said no and she proceeded to tell me that a few customers had called the Health Dept. on others who did not wear a mask. The HD came because they have to but could NOT do anything because there is NO law and there is no legal fine. I live in a state and county with "mandatory mask" BS. It is all BS folks!! These illegal unconstitutional mandates MUST be challenged, sue the shit out of these tyrannical power hungry leftist scum!!!
Sue? Lol.
The judges are corrupt son. These same judges and DAs let antifa rioters off with no charges.
There is no justice. Until the judges, DAs, health dept. inspectors, and politicians pushing all of this start getting the arkanacide treatment, it will keep getting worse.
Agreed, except that these corrupt scumbags will get their due, but it won't be by the Mob mentality that they use. The rule of law is paramount and military justice will be necessary. The swamp is deep.
Not all state health departments do that , but retarded business owners in non essential businesses don't seem to be very intelligent
The reason small businesses, I think, tend to enforce it is because the fines and penalties hurt them more than billion dollar companies. A couple complaints gets you a few hundred dollars in fines. If everyone stopped wearing them, this all would end.
Most based business I know of near me is enforcing masks. Small liquor store, if they get hit by the health department gestapo they lose their license, and therefore their business. Only takes a second and a smooth-brain leftist cunt to end good peoples' livelihoods.
I can't blame them. It's a fucking shame. Its the same with my grocery store. I didn't wear a mask until July when they were not allowing people in the store. Nah then, I said to myself, just wear the mask for a couple weeks. That was right after the best rth of July party I've ever had. The entire town of 10,000 were outside shooting of fireworks. Well past midnight. Everyone was mask free. Now we all look FAGGOTS
Every True Value Hardware and Home Depot I have been mask free. Also at Raley's / Bel Air grocery stores - Northern California. There is a local grocery store (part of a chain with Nugget) that has someone stationed out front making sure people have masks on - I don't give them business.
or you could just wear one past that idiot then take it off.
Fuck that coward shit. Cut your balls off too and just reattach them when you get home.
Suburban outside of Houston - and nobody has ever refused me service at checkout. Nobody inside the store (employees or otherwise) has ever asked me to put on a mask. I just smile and talk to my kids like it’s a normal day
So they DO exist. Everybody in my area around Houston is all masked up every day. I've been looking for months for at least one other person who refuses to go along with this shit. Godspeed..
Same to you fellow pede!
i live in a fairly authoritarian state (not as bad as cali or ny)
i work at a place where everyone wears masks except for me. nobody cares and everyone is extremely friendly with me. the regular (and irregular) vendors don't care, the clientele doesn't care, upper management doesn't care. it makes me very happy that nobody is scared of me. seems like they're just scared of getting in trouble with state/local government.
im the only american on the payroll if that matters. everyone of my colleagues are from brazil. so tbh i'm the only one with true american spirit
the head honcho is a lovely person and i talk to her all the time about how "covid" is a fake virus and were in the midst of a fake pandemic and how absolutely horrible it is for our society and how biden's actually gonna wind up losing and she's 100% onboard with all that... but she's still a mask-in-the-car wearer... i dunno man...it's really hard to get to some people
I’ve been completely maskless in the grocery store now for months, I go every week and always have at least 2 kids with me (none of them in masks either). I’ve noticed a really interesting trend that seems to jive with what I’m reading here - fewer and fewer maskless now, BUT I’m also getting less and less “dagger eyes” too. Today I tried an interesting new experiment and also wore a VERY obvious bright red Keep America Great hoodie and got SO many more smiles, winks, nods, folks pulling their masks down around me, and general comments about “hey I like your shirt!”. So yes, I agree - I think it’s become more and more about people not wanting to be “different” or cause a scene. I’ve never once had a grocery store employee ask me to put a mask on, just occasionally as I’m walking in I’ll get the “do you have a mask ma’am?” ... to which the response is always a truthful “yep, thanks!”. It’s not about the masks/virus debate (which I am always happy to have as a healthcare provider... spoiler alert - they don’t stop viruses). It’s a general unwillingness of people to be different or stand up for themselves and their God given rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
This crap has to stop.
I had a relative complaining about "uneducated rednecks" not wearking masks today. I told him "washing your hands with warm water and soap for more than a couple seconds occasionally was the recommendation at the beginning of all this. Basic sanitary practice is one of the defining features that separates areas with SARS epidemics from places that don't have SARS epidemics."
He's in the medical field so he had a big thonk about it, agreed I was right, and now is in a state of confusion form cognitive dissonance overload. 🤣
Never wore a mask, never will.
Already had police fines thrown out in court, all the trouble was extremely worth it.
About once a month I get push back for not wearing a mask. Usually it's from an employee of the store, in witch case, I try to put a smile on and let them know I refuse. But sometimes they're complete dick heads and I explode and make a scene. Happened today in big 5. I'm so Fucking tired of this shit. I am finding it harder and harder to be polite.
I have had one patron at Walmart tell my whole family to to our masks on in a very rude tone, I immediately lost my shit. It felt great.
My local spot where I have lunch daily hasn't shut down inside dining, going against Gruesome Newsom's mandate. At lunch today (order at counter, three registers) at the same time: Me and wife at register #1. A 60+ year old man at register #2. A 65+ year old man with his 90ish year old father at register #3. Plus a 30-something guy waiting near counter for his to go order.... All six of us had no masks. I actually snuck a selfie with the other guys in the background to text a friend, I was so amazed.
Awesome! There are quite a few places in Northern CA that are doing the same. We do our best to visit each one at least once a week. Feels good to support them, but I am gaining weight!
Depending on my mood, if someone tries to crybully me into wearing a mask they get one of two responses, "No thanks, I'm not gay" or if I'm in a bad mood, "Shut your cockholster ya dumb cunt" (99% of the time the people crying about masks and other stupid shit are women)
I get yelled at all the time, I’m a small woman, it’s always effeminate men.
South Dakota here, my wife and I are usually the only ones not wearing masks and they aren't even required here.
This is depressing
I laugh at all the sheep wearing their face diaper.
I never where a mask at stores. Usually get compliments on my Hat. I look as many people in the eyes I can and smile and say hi, tell them to have a great day and bless them. If I could get my work to not be cucked would be perfect.
That is how you do it. Emanate kindness and they will leave you alone. Most will feel good about the interaction with you and not even realize why. I always tell people - Unless YOU set the tone for every situation, someone else will do it for you. Be a thermostat, NOT a thermometer.
That is some dam good advice
Thank you. I feel the same way. I figure even if I only give one person the confidence to not wear a mask next time, that is enough.
Private property make the rules
You can make them ask you, but respect their wishes one way or the other when they do
You don't have to care what fellow shoppers think, but you do have to care about what the business owner thinks
Exactly. I keep a mask in my pocket in case an employee requests it, but I make them verbally request it. But it’s also going to open a brief discussion with them where I offer information they usually hadn’t heard. They’ve often been good interactions.
Not in Victoria, BC, Canada. I'm the only I ever see without a mask. 99% of Canadians are weak will conformists that follow the DIE religion.
I believe everything government tells me. You’ll be dead by wed. /s
Sitting here in a public space where mask required - with no mask.
I carry a face diaper on case someone asks me to wear one so they don't throw me out.
But you'll have to ask me first.
Great job! I just left my grocery store not wearing one. I’ve gotten some comments but... 🤷🏻♂️ It empowers those who see you who are afraid of the judgment when you politely but confidently walk without one.
Take the mask off. I just told my wife I’m not bothering with it anymore. I wore it 25% of the time, usually only in small shops with the impression that I might jeopardize their business. I’m done! Let’s set an example! Encourage people to take it off if you are in a place having a conversation. There was a big post here earlier where a guy created a chain reaction at a data clause event and a hundred people stopped wearing them!! The owners were delighted!
And I live in a ghetto BLUE state. If they try to make me mask, I just take my kids and we leave. So far that has only happened one time-at an outdoor Christmas tree lot.
Lol. Of all places
I don't wear one. Haven't since the election. I've had others who were unmasked come up and shake my hand. I had one come up to me and tell they they like my face. Let's use that!
I like your face!
Been doing it all week. Nobody's said a damn thing. Last time I went out more were without masks. It was amazing to see.
I usually put headphones in and jam so I don’t even hear their mouth-queefs
Next time bring a friend. Or a dozen friends.
I do it every time. I look right at people in the eye and give them a friendly smile. Zero people have had issues. Most people seem to smile back (although I can only see their eyes).
Good person award 🤠
I don't wear them in any grocery stores and no one says anything. Today I spotted one other customer not wearing one either. May be a small thing, but it's important to set an example in your community.
Every time this happens to me I fight the urge to run up and give them a big high 5.
I do catch their eye and thank them
I work at walmart, should I quit my job? You know they enforce their associates to wear masks right? I have known people who quit over it, they are not doing very well financially and struggling to find a job for months.
In general I would advise against quitting until you have accepted a replacement job.
you get a pass if it's mandatory for work, but I think there will come a point where you will need to make a stand unless you want to wear it forever
Did the same at the post office. Line of about 100 people. I only had two people even seem to care.
I've been doing that all summer and yet I never seen more than a tiny number of of people without a mask. Maybe 1%.
DO. NOT. COMPLY.
I do my part.
I went into to Walmart today for the first time since June. The guy at the door “sir you need a mask”. I looked at him and said “Nope!” and he just said “okay then. Be careful!”. I smiled and nodded. No way in hell I’m putting a mask on anywhere.
