It was Bang Bucks. Part of the presentation/sponsorship from Bang, the energy drink. It was not a good look, but the theatrics was all Bang and their CEO.

I'm not a college kid anymore, so I don't understand their whole marketing campaign. Admittedly, this looks bad out of context.
