I was able to make a new account for now with a burner email, but it would not surprise me if the IP gets flagged after a bit of activity and banned again.

It's easy to avoid a discord ban. Just come back with a different name and you're pretty much set.

I have mine written down and tossed in my gun safe, and all my friends have accounts on Guilded as well. Your friends list gets deleted with your account.
