Others could learn from Louisiana Law that allows for the surviving two to be charged with the first degree murder of their fallen comrades. And better still, in Louisiana they could also face the death penalty for that!
The death penalty is less frequent here in Ohio (unfortunately), but we have the same law where if you are part of a crime, your criminal buddies get killed, you get charged for their deaths. It's a great law.
