All deaths during the commission of a crime should fall 100% on any surviving criminal that was involved. If it wasn’t for their actions those deaths wouldn’t have happened, so it is completely their fault. And manslaughter doesn’t apply as the actions that precipitated the deaths, if criminal, were voluntary and premeditated. I don’t see the problem.
