Main point being that the PA supreme court allowed a disregard to the constitutional law that describes the method for absentee voting, allowing anyone and everyone to vote absentee without qualification.

It's actually an appeal filing from the dismissed PA Supreme Court, but it covers the same issue that Texas attempted to raise and was told they lacked standing.
At least we know it won't be dismissed in that specific way this time.

The problem is Roberts is afraid of the left because they riot. Meanwhile the right virtue signals about how civilized and employed we are thus proving that those who Burn, Loot, and Murder for their cause will win with the "legitimate" authorities.
Some justices are going to need to be impeached if they don't rule in the way that the constitution makes abundantly clear.
Although that presents a possibly terrible situation. If they rule against the constitution and Biden takes the WH, and we impeach the traitors on the SC, then Biden would get to pick the new ones.
Better if we started adopting the winning tactics.

I really hope not. A constitutional violation is extremely clear and easy to rule on without fear of making a wrong decision.
Absentee ballot requirements are enumerated and specific. Ignoring the constitution and granting a free-for-all on absentee ballots is just plainly wrong with no excuse.
The enemy argument is basically, "We had to ignore the constitution because of Covid!!"
That doesn't stand. Even in full lockdown mode, we can go to the grocery store, the gas station, etc., etc. Going to drop off a ballot is even safer than those acts. To get gas, you have to handle the pump. To drop off a ballot, you don't have to touch anything.
Any SC justice that rules against this common sense and blatant violation is a traitor to the constitution.
