Right. I’m a middle aged lady who plans on wearing a full length down coat for warmth so I’ll look about as tactical as a walking sleeping bag, kek. But although a private layer of armor plated warmth would be totally undetected I still wanna know what the rules are.
A) Yes, armor is probably illegal for civilians to wear in DC - I am not sure, but I would bet it is, just because DC.
B) It just wouldn't be wise to look too tacticool'd out at this particular event, unless thousands more are with you, on your team, etc.
