Pence doesn't just accept the alternate electors, that isn't how any of this works, haven't we all covered this enough to understand that it is the house and senate members who contest the states that they feel are not legitimate? That spurs debate and additional process which leads to one vote per state being ultimately submitted. If all vote along party lines Trump wins 26 - 24.
I think its possible that Pence will accept the fraud and become the first arrest conducted by the military - all in the plan. I am not positive and I have no proof. It’s just my gut and my guess
You are comparing things that aren’t comparable. Judges don’t automatically rule in the favor of the person who appointed them. There was a standing question on that Texas case and they got us on that.
