TL;DR, fuck the Federal Government, fuck the State governments. If they think 600 fucking dollars will remedy people dying from overdoses and suicides from losing their businesses, jobs, family and homes, then they have another thing coming. I don't even want the money, not that I would qualify for it since I'm a dependent engineering student; I just want my brother to get his job back and be happy again, and I just want to go to college unimpeded.
