Honestly these lawyers are not going to self-destruct their own careers; they must have something of merit to share with the president. In the workplace, as in law, you reputation for presenting sound evidence and conclusions is precious. She would not be doing this to spread disinformation, if she did nobody would ever hire her as counsel again.
